Joe Kenny Memorial Golf Tournament

In honour of our dear friend, we will host the 2^nd Annual Joe Kenny Memorial Tournament at Willodell Golf Club. All proceeds will be donated to “Help a Child Smile”.

Time : 1:00 pm Shotgun

Format: 4 Person Scramble

Cost: $80.00 per member, $110.00 per non-member

Includes: Golf, Cart, Lunch, Dinner, Prizes.

Couples Nights are Back!

Sunday, August 29^th starting at 2:00pm, all are welcome to play in Couples Night at the Links of Niagara at Willodell. Nine holes of golf with a steak dinner each will cost a couple $30.00 . Call the shop at 905-295-4653 for reservations. Carts are extra.

Joe Kenny Memorial

On Saturday, September 25, 2010, we will host the 2^nd Annual Joe Kenny Memorial Golf Tournament. We hope you will attend to show your support for the “Old Pro’s” favourite charity “Help a Child Smile”. Play will be in a four person scramble format starting with a 1:00 pm Shotgun. Sign up on the main board in the Pro-Shop. Come out and tell some Joe stories.

Green Fee Special Rates

Back to School Special

Starting Monday, August 23^rd, we will offer our “Back to School Special”. Weekdays players may walk 18 holes for $33.00 or ride for $44.00. During the week only, Children 12 years old and under play free, when accompanied by a paying adult. One child per adult. Carts are extra. Weekends, play 18 holes for $43.00 walking or $54.00 riding. Dress code is in effect and tee-times are required. This offer will run through September 3^rd, 2010. Please call the shop at 905-295-4653 to book your time.

Extravaganza Couples-Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Play 18 holes with cart after 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, pay $79.95 plus tax per couple and receive a $10.00 dinner voucher each. Play 9 holes with cart after 4:00 pm on these days for $59.95 plus tax per couple and also receive a $10.00 dinner voucher each. All dinner vouchers must be used on the day of issue and are non redeemable for cash.

We have added a new green fee special called the “Lunch Bucket Special”. This special offers a $49.00 green fee with cart, a bucket of balls, a sandwich and a soft drink for tee times booked between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on Weekdays only. Regular green fee rates of $43/$54 on weekdays and $54/$64 on the weekends continue to be effect on most Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Mondays and Wednesdays, we offer special green fee rates of $33.00 walking and $44.00 riding. Twilight rates of $33.00 walking and $44.00 riding are also offered after 2:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Members may bring guests Monday to Friday for $33.00 walking and $44.00 riding. Tee times are required. Please call the shop at 905-295-4653 to book your time. Dress code is in effect. A reminder for members that members playing outside their allotted playing time are required to pay half of the day’s green fee. This would apply to Silver or Bronze members playing prior to their time of day requirements on Weekdays, Weekends or Holidays. i.e. Civic Holiday, Labour Day or Thanksgiving Day (should we be so lucky).

News from the Clubhouse:

Starting April 17^th we will operate on full clubhouse hours. The kitchen will open at 7:00 am daily with breakfast being served until 1:00 pm. A lunch menu will be available from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm and dinner will be served from 4:00 pm until end of business. Fish Fry will be available during lunch and dinner service hours on Fridays with pricing set at $6.95 for one piece of fish with chips and slaw. Two pieces of fish may be purchased for $8.95. Dianne will also be serving breaded shrimp with fries and slaw for $6.95. Those, who have been the subject of kitchen testing (tough job!), have found both to be excellent. Dianne and her staff look forward to serving you all.
